Policies – Bayview Resort Hampton Bays

Two-night minimum for weekends.
Three-night minimum for holidays.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Checkout is by 11 a.m.
Penthouse Suite sleeps four people comfortably. All other rooms are based on double-occupancy.
$30 per person per night for 3^rd occupant or more.
Cots are available on a first come first serve basis.
This is a non-smoking, no-pet facility.

All reservations require 50% deposit at time of booking.
Remaining balance due is charged 15 days prior to check-in.
All cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee.
No refund will be given if reservation is cancelled less than 15 days of arrival.
